After retiring from work and the kids were mostly independent, I began to get back to one of my first loves, drawing and painting. I took classes at the Sharon Art Studio from 1998 through 2003. While there I became very good friends with Marilyn Warden. We started doing fused glass together and showing our work with the Sunset Artists Society in 2003. In 2004, I added oil painting to my list of pastimes.

It has been great fun.
